Impact Home Care LLC was born from a simple realization. Throughout the founder’s life and career, regardless of where they worked or whom they served, they have always believed in leaving people better than they found them. Whether it was a client, a family member, a coworker, or someone they encountered along the way, the goal has always been the same, to make a meaningful difference.
When it came time to name the agency, the founder and their husband spent countless hours searching for something that truly represented who they are and what they stand for. One evening, while sitting together in their family room, the name simply came to them: “Impact Home Care.”
At that moment,
everything became clear.
The word Impact perfectly represented the founder’s life purpose. The greatest fulfillment has never come from a title held or a position earned. It has always come from knowing that they made someone’s life a little easier, a little brighter, and a little better.
The founder’s journey into home care began at just 16 years old, when they started working as a home attendant for a client who would forever change their life. Initially working only two hours each day, their dedication, compassion, reliability, and willingness to go above and beyond quickly became evident. As a result, the client increased their schedule to seven hours a day, seven days a week.
That client became much more than someone she cared for. He became someone who believed in her. His trust, encouragement, and kindness left an impact on my life that she has carried with her ever since.
For more than thirteen years, the founder has dedicated their career to serving others in the human services field. Throughout that journey, they have cared for clients with different personalities, diagnoses, backgrounds, and life experiences. Some days were challenging. Others were filled with laughter, gratitude, and unforgettable moments.
But every client shared one thing in common.
They wanted someone who would truly see them.
Someone who would listen.
Someone who would treat them with dignity.
Someone who would never give up on them.
Someone who cared.
Those experiences inspired me to build Impact Home Care LLC.
Today, our mission extends beyond caring for clients.
We are committed to developing caregivers, case managers, coordinators, and every member of our team to understand that every interaction is an opportunity to change someone’s life. We believe families deserve more than basic home care. They deserve caregivers who show up with compassion.
They deserve people who treat every client as they would treat their own loved one. They deserve a team that goes above and beyond because caring is not simply our profession, it is our calling.
